There are many different ways to place sports bets in the current market.

However, the most lucrative way to wager is with parlay bets.

So if you want to wager $10 to win $200, then the parlay bet is for you.

Bettors can wager a small sum to win a large amount with a parlay bet, while straight bets are more or less straightforward.

You have a lot better chance of cashing a modest parlay bet than hitting on a long shot straight to turn a significant profit.

You can place a parlay bet just about anywhere.

Whether you are with an offshore book or a legal U.S. sports betting operator, you can place a parlay.

One of my favorite sportsbooks to place a parlay wager with is the Hard Rock Sportsbook.

If you are new to Hard Rock Sportsbook or have yet to sign up, you might be wondering how parlay-betting works there.

The good news is that the Hard Rock Sportsbook provides variance in parlay betting.

Whether you want to place a player prop parlay or a multi-sport parlay, you can do those and so much more at Hard Rock.

In this article, I will review in detail everything you need to know about parlay betting at Hard Rock Sportsbook.

How To Bet Same Game Parlay Hard Rock App

Placing a parlay bet at Hard Rock Sportsbook is just as easy as placing any other straight bet.

Only, it is just a bit more complex.

Below, I will list the steps that it takes to build a parlay bet at Hard Rock:

  • Sign in to Hard Rock Sportsbook.
  • Activate the new-user sign-up bonus.
  • Click on the sports tab, which will reveal a menu of all the sports.
  • Choose the game you want to bet on.
  • Choose at least two bet selections to build your parlay from.
  • They will appear on your bet slip.
  • In your bet slip, you must now enter the amount you want to stake.
  • Check your slip to make sure everything is correct.
  • Make sure that you have chosen the parlay option.
  • Click the “Submit Bet” button.
  • You’re off to cash a winning parlay ticket.

Parlay Builder

A parlay builder is one of the most diverse tools in sports betting.

Parlay builders simplify the construction of a parlay bet by streamlining the overall process.

Because there are countless bet selections to add to your parlay, the parlay-building tool will organize all of those preferences into individual distinct categories.

Therefore, rather than getting frustrated by searching through hundreds of bet selections throughout the sportsbook, you can simply click the parlay building tab to begin the parlay building process all in one place.

While in the parlay builder, you will see different categories that include game props, player props, and popular bets to choose from, which will make it easier to construct your winning parlay.

Fortunately enough, the Hard Rock Sportsbook does feature a Bet Builder, which is similar to a parlay builder.

Though, you can not construct same-game parlays with player props here.

What Is A Parlay Bet?

A parlay bet is a wager that combines multiple bet selections into a single betting slip.

In other regions outside of the United States, a parlay bet will also be referred to as an accumulator bet or a multi-bet.

Each selection in your parlay is called a leg and you must have at least two legs to construct your parlay.

A parlay with three bet-selections is called a 3-leg parlay whereas a parlay with eight selections is called an 8-leg parlay and so on.

With most parlays, if even a single leg loses, the entire ticket will be graded as a loser. However, there are parlay options that will get you paid even if one or more legs lose.

These are called Round Robin bets.

Depending on how many legs are in your Round Robin, you will get a payout if one or more legs are graded as a loss.

Same Game Parlay

Same-game parlays (SGP) are parlay bets, you will find them in NHL, NBA as well as in NFL, that is made up of bet combinations from a single contest.

Here is an example of an SGP:

  • Los Angeles Lakers (-114)
  • LeBron James to score Over 25.5 points (-104)
  • Anthony Davis to record under 11.5 rebounds (-110)

Parlay Odds: 540

If the Lakers win, James scores at least 26 points and Davis grabs fewer than 11 boards, you will win your parlay.

But if even one leg loses, the entire ticket will be graded as a loss.

If you wager $10 on this parlay and it hits, you will win $54.09.

Unfortunately at this time, you cannot build a same-game parlay at Hard Rock. It is one of the only features this sportsbook does not have.

Player Parlay

A player parlay is a parlay wager assembled from all player props.

This parlay will specifically focus on all player props, which are statistically driven, rather than concentrating on the outcome of the game in any matter.

Here is an example of a player prop parlay:

  • Damien Lillard to score Over 24.5 points (-118)
  • Russell Westbrook to score fewer than 20.5 points (-110)
  • Mohamad Salah to score a goal (+100)
  • Mike Trout to hit a home run (+110)

Parlay Odds: 1507

If all of the above player prop selections are successful, you will win $150.78 on a $10 stake.

Moneyline Parlay

A moneyline parlay is a parlay bet built from multiple moneyline straights.

To cash this type of parlay, the teams you select all must win their respective games.

Here is an example of a moneyline parlay at Hard Rock Sportsbook:

  • New York Mets (+240)
  • New Jersey Devils (+176)

Parlay Odds: 838

If both the Mets and Devils win their games, you will win $83.86 on a $10 wager.

Visit our guide to learn more about the betting moneyline at Hard Rock Sportsbook.

Points Spread Parlay

A point spread parlay is a parlay constructed from all against the spread (ATS) wagers.

To cash in on this type of parlay, all the teams you select must cover their respective point spreads.

This is a very common type of parlay that you can find anywhere, including at Hard Rock Sportsbook:

  • New York Rangers -1.5 (-108)
  • Orlando Magic +10.5 (+110)
  • New York Giants +6.5 (+178)

Parlay Odds: 993

If the Rangers, Magic, and Giants all cover their spreads, you will win$99.35 on a $10 stake.

Over/Under Parlay

An over/under parlay is a parlay wager constructed from all bets pertaining to the total points scored in a game.

To cash your over/under parlay ticket, the games you pick must go over or under the predetermined point total, depending on the side you picked.

Here is an example of an over/under parlay at Hard Rock Sportsbook:

  • Los Angeles Lakers moneyline (-110)
  • LeBron James to score Over 25.5 points (-110)
  • Anthony Davis to record under 11.5 rebounds (-110)

Parlay Odds: 595

If all of the over/under plays you selected are successful you will win $59.58 on a $10 wager.

Parlay Betting Strategy

If you want to be a successful sports better, you must implement a strategy with each and every wager that you make, especially with parlays.

It is already difficult enough to hit a straight bet, never mind a parlay that is compiled from multiple straights.

Below, I will list some of my top strategies to help you become a more-successful parlay bettor in the long run.

Hedge Your Parlay

If you place a 3-leg parlay and the first two legs have already it, then it would be wise to hedge the final leg. You can do this before the game starts or live.

For example, if you can win $1000 on said 3-leg parlay where the aforementioned two legs have already been graded as winners, and the final leg of your parlay is a moneyline bet on the Carolina Panthers to beat the Houston Texans, then it would be wise to place a $500 bet on the Texans to win.

This way, you will guarantee yourself a profit no matter what team wins.

Shop For Parlay Boosts

Sportsbooks love to give their customers different promos and boosts to keep them coming back and/ or to entice them to place certain bets.

Most books will offer parlay boosts.

However, some sportsbooks will offer more aggressive boosts than others, which is why it is important to have multiple sports betting accounts loaded with funds so you can get the best promo possible.

Limit Your Parlays

Just because you can place a parlay with 10 legs and (+12000) odds doesn’t mean you should.

While those lottery ticket parlays are fun and can hit one in a while, they are only worth staking a minuscule amount.

To cash more parlay tickets, limit yourself to modest plays. Keep your parlays between 2-4 legs and around (+500) odds.

These parlays are more reasonable and have a greater chance of cashing you out.

Why don’t you include prop bets in your next same game parlay at Hard Rock?
