With the growth of online sports betting, alternatives such as parlay betting have increased in popularity.

It’s easy to see why parlays are adored by bettors.

Instead of predicting the result of a single event, bettors can combine multiple selections and quadruple their winnings.

And, who doesn’t love a larger payout?

Many online sportsbooks offer parlays, but very few have unique parlay betting options like same-game parlays.

Caesars sportsbook offers this alternative.

Apart from placing same-game parlays on Caesars, bettors can also create their own unique parlays on the site.

In this article, we’re going to focus on parlay betting on Caesars Sportsbook.

So read on for our comprehensive guide.

How To Bet Same Game Parlay On Caesars App

Placing a parlay bet on Caesars’ Sportsbook is extremely easy.

If you want to place a parlay bet on the site, you just need to stick to the following steps:

  • Create an account on the Caesars app.
  • Search for the games that you want to bet on.
  • Select your first wager then click on “add more bets”.
  • Add other selections to your bet slip.
  • Go back to your bet slip.
  • Enter the amount that you want to risk.
  • Finally, submit your wager.

Parlay Builder

If you want to create a same-game parlay, you can use a parlay builder to simplify the process.

This is a tool that is used by sites like Caesars that helps you build and customize your same-game parlays.

To easily build your same-game parlay on Caesars, first, you need to head over to the game that you want to bet on.

Once there, click on the tab titled “Same Game Parlay”. You’ll now be able to build your parlay using the available selections.

Caesars’ same-game parlay option isn’t available in every sport.

Currently, you can only create same-game parlays on NBA and NFL games.

What Is A Parlay Bet?

A parlay bet is simply a bet that consists of two or more selections.

So, instead of placing two separate bets, you can combine them in one bet slip for a greater payout.

For example, instead of placing one bet on the Bulls to win, and another on the Lakers to win, you can combine both picks and place them into the same bet slip. I

f both teams win, you’ll win your parlay.

However, if one of those teams fails to win, you’ll lose the entire parlay.

Your parlay can include as many selections as possible. In fact, increasing the number of legs in your parlay boosts the odds of the parlay.

The only tradeoff is the fact that you’re equally increasing your risk. So you can easily lose a 9-leg parlay because of one selection.

Caesars Same Game Parlay

Can you do the same game parlay on Caesars?

Yes, you can.

A same-game parlay (also known as SGP) is what it sounds like: a parlay featuring multiple bets from the same game.

Ahead of the 2021 football season, Caesars announced that bettors can place same-game parlays on sports like football and basketball, and this is expected to extend to other sports in the future.

When placing same-game parlays, you can combine a lot of bets, but you can’t combine contrasting wagers.

For example, if the Chiefs are playing against the Patriots, you can’t combine a Chiefs win and a Patriots win in one bet.

Here is an example of a same-game parlay that can be placed on Caesars Sportsbook:

  • Spread | Minnesota Vikings -3.5 (-105)
  • Total Points | Over 43.5 (-110)

Parlay odds: +273

If the Vikings manage to cover the spread and the game produces more than 44 points, then a $100 wager will yield $273.

Same Game Parlay Rules

#1 Rule: If any leg of a Same-Game Parlay bet relates to an existing market on-site, rules for that market will apply.

For example, if a Same-Game Parlay bet includes a player to score an anytime touchdown & the selected player scores only scores via passing touchdowns, this bet will be graded a loser because the Anytime Touchdown Scorer rules do not include touchdowns scored as a passer.

#2 Rule: If any leg of the Same-Game Parlay bet is made void or settles as a push, then the whole bet would become a void or a push. The exception to this is if the outcome of the bet requested can still happen.

#3 Rule: A Same-Game Parlay bet may contain up to 10 legs. Same-Game Parlays do not support wagers with more than 10 legs.

#4 Rule: A Same-Game Parlay bet must be placed from a single game. Same-Game Parlay wagers cannot be combined across multiple games.

#5 Rule: If part of the bet requested consists of one of two named players to score at any time during a game, bets placed on that market will stand if one or both of those players play any part in that game.

Player Parlay

Player parlays are also very common. This type of parlay simply focuses on player props.

So, when you are creating your player parlay, you just need to focus on specific in-game stats that the players are supposed to achieve in their respective games.

At Caesars, this type of parlay can be a same-game player prop parlay, or you can group players from various sports.

Here’s an example of this type of parlay:

  • Justin Jefferson To Score a Touchdown (+105)
  • Lonzo Ball Total Points | Over 13.5 (-110)
  • Anytime Goalscorer | Kylian Mbappé (+110)

Parlay odds: +722

If all three players notch the above stats, then a $200 wager will yield $1,444.

Moneyline Parlay

Since moneyline bets on the favorites aren’t usually the highest-paying bets, you can beat the bookies by creating a moneyline parlay consisting of several favorites, thus increasing your payout.

All the teams in your parlay just need to win their respective games for you to earn a payout.

Most bettors usually group together favorites when they are creating a moneyline parlay. Here’s an example of one such parlay:

  1. Manchester United -120
  2. LA Lakers -130
  3. Colorado Avalanche -200

Parlay odds: +387

As you can see, the parlay features favorites from the EPL, the NBA, and the NHL. If all three favorites win their respective games, then a bettor who risks $200 can expect a profit of $774.

Point Spread Parlay

Unlike a moneyline parlay, the teams in a point spread parlay just need to cover the spread.

So most of the teams in this parlay will be priced at -110 since such odds are the standard for a spread bet.

Here’s an example of a 2-team NBA point spread parlay:

  1. Brooklyn Nets -6.5 (-110)
  2. Chicago Bulls +2.5 (-110)

Parlay odds: +264

If Brooklyn Nets win by 7+ points and the Bulls avoid losing by more than 2 points, then a bettor who wagers $100 on this parlay will win $264.

Over/Under Parlay

This type of parlay focuses on game totals.

In an over/under bet, the focus isn’t on the winner of the game but whether the total number of points is less than or more than the line that the bookies set.

Just like a spread bet, the standard odds for each selection in an over/under parlay will usually be -110.

Here’s an example of a 3-team NFL over/under parlay:

  • Pittsburgh Steelers at Minnesota Vikings – Over 43.5 (-110)
  • Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans – Under 44 (-110)
  • Seattle Seahawks at Houston Texans – Over 41.5 (-110)

Parlay Odds: +596

If all three NFL totals turn out as predicted, then a $10 wager will earn you $59.6.

Parlay Betting Strategy

Parlays are notoriously hard to win because they involve more than 1 selection.

However, if you implement some of the strategies below, you’ll drastically increase the chances of winning your parlays. Don’t forget to familiarize yourself with the betting rules at Caesars.

Go For Fewer Selections.

You shouldn’t overload your parlay with unnecessary selections. Sure, you can still try a 10-leg long shot every now and then, but the bulk of your parlays shouldn’t exceed 4 selections.

Always remember that a parlay with fewer selections has greater chances of winning.

Hedge In Appropriate Situations

When your parlay is down to one last leg, you may be tempted to let it run, but the best option is to hedge your parlay in appropriate situations.

When you do so, you guarantee that you’ll get something in return instead of walking away empty-handed.

Place Correlated Parlays

Since sportsbooks like Caesars allow you to place same-game parlays, you can take advantage of this by placing correlated parlays.

So, if your analysis shows you that a favorite is going to cover the spread and that both teams may score a lot of points in the game, then you can combine an alternate spread bet on the favorite with a bet on the over.

If both predictions turn out to be true, then you can expect a hefty payout.

Placing correlated parlays also means that you won’t have to rely on too many games to increase the value of your wager.
