How to Deposit at FanDuel Sportsbook

The FanDuel cashier displays the funding methods currently available for the account and jurisdiction.

  1. Log in to FanDuel Sportsbook.
  2. Open the account menu.
  3. Select Add Funds.
  4. Choose one of the funding methods displayed.
  5. Enter the amount.
  6. Complete any verification requested for the selected payment method.
  7. Review the transaction before confirming it.

A payment method can be unavailable because of state restrictions, bank rules, account status or other payment-provider requirements. Another method shown in the cashier can be used where necessary.

FanDuel Deposit Methods

Credit and Debit Cards

FanDuel supports card funding for eligible users. Current FanDuel material lists credit and debit cards among its available account-funding options.

Approval remains subject to the card issuer, payment network and local rules. A bank can decline transactions connected with regulated sports betting even where the sportsbook itself accepts that type of card.

PayPal

PayPal is among the current FanDuel funding options. Eligible users can select PayPal from the FanDuel cashier and complete the transaction through their PayPal account.

Withdrawal availability should be checked directly in the account because the methods available for removing funds can depend on account history and verification.

Venmo

FanDuel currently lists Venmo as one of its available funding options. Users with access to the method can select it from the cashier and complete the transaction through Venmo.

This replaces the older workaround language that treated Venmo primarily as a linked card rather than a supported funding option.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is also listed by FanDuel as a current account-funding option. Availability can depend on the device, payment card and jurisdiction.

Online Banking

Online banking allows eligible users to connect a supported bank account through FanDuel’s cashier rather than entering card details.

The exact bank service offered can vary, so the current FanDuel cashier should be checked rather than relying on an older reference to a particular Automated Clearing House or electronic-check provider.

PayNearMe

PayNearMe provides a cash-funding option at participating retailers for selected FanDuel products and states.

  • Open Add Funds and select PayNearMe where available.
  • Choose a participating retail location.
  • Generate the FanDuel barcode.
  • Take the barcode and cash to the selected retailer.
  • The account is normally credited after the retail transaction is processed.

FanDuel currently states that PayNearMe funding is usually reflected in the account within approximately 30 to 60 minutes.

PayNearMe is a deposit-only method. FanDuel currently lists a $500 rolling 24-hour limit and a $10,000 rolling 30-day limit for PayNearMe transactions.

Other FanDuel Funding Options

FanDuel also references additional funding methods that can be available depending on the state and account, including Play+, wire transfer, gift cards and cash at participating retail FanDuel Sportsbook locations.

Not every method appears for every customer. Only the options displayed in the FanDuel cashier should be treated as available for the account.

How to Withdraw From FanDuel Sportsbook

FanDuel displays the withdrawal methods currently available to an account after login.

  1. Log in to the FanDuel account.
  2. Open the account menu.
  3. Select Withdraw.
  4. Review the verified withdrawal methods displayed.
  5. Select the preferred available method.
  6. Enter the amount.
  7. Review the details and submit the request.

Identity or payment-method verification can be required before a withdrawal is completed. FanDuel can also restrict a withdrawal to verified methods associated with the account.

FanDuel Withdrawal Times

There is no single processing time that applies to every FanDuel withdrawal method.

Timing can depend on the payment method, verification status, payment provider, financial institution and whether FanDuel needs to carry out an additional account review.

For that reason, the previous fixed table listing universal processing times and minimum withdrawals has been removed. The withdrawal screen and current FanDuel support information provide the most relevant details for the method available to the individual account.

Cash at Counter Withdrawals

FanDuel supports Cash at Counter withdrawals at participating retail FanDuel Sportsbook locations where the feature is available.

  1. Open the FanDuel account page and select Withdraw.
  2. Choose Cash at Counter if displayed.
  3. Enter the requested amount.
  4. Select the state and participating retail location.
  5. Submit the request.
  6. Wait for FanDuel’s confirmation that the funds are ready for collection.
  7. Take the required government-issued identification and FanDuel account details to the selected location.

Do not travel to the retail location before receiving confirmation that the request is ready for collection.

Why a FanDuel Payment Method May Not Appear

The FanDuel cashier can show different methods to different users. Common reasons include:

  • The payment method is not supported in the user’s state.
  • The bank or card issuer does not process the transaction.
  • The payment service is not supported for that FanDuel product.
  • The account requires additional identity verification.
  • The method has not previously been verified for withdrawals.
  • A transaction or account limit has been reached.

FanDuel Account Verification and Banking

FanDuel can require identity verification when an account is created, when certain payment methods are added or before funds are removed from the account.

Account details should match the information associated with the payment method. Mismatched names, expired identification or incomplete verification can delay payment processing.

Users experiencing a verification problem can use the FanDuel support center or contact customer support from the account interface.

FanDuel Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming Tools

FanDuel provides account tools that allow customers to review activity and set limits directly rather than relying only on manual tracking.

My Spend

My Spend is FanDuel’s account dashboard for reviewing personal spending and activity over different periods. It provides account-level information intended to make recent activity easier to review.

Deposit Alerts

Deposit Alerts allow a customer to set a chosen spending threshold for a particular period and receive an alert when activity approaches that amount.

Deposit Limits

Deposit Limits allow customers to set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount that can be added to the FanDuel account.

Wager Limits

Wager Limits allow customers to set a maximum amount of wagering activity over a selected daily, weekly or monthly period.

Maximum Wager Size Limits

Maximum Wager Size Limits can be used to set a maximum amount for an individual wager.

Loss and Time Limits

FanDuel also provides loss limits and time-based controls. These can restrict further activity once the selected account limit has been reached.

Additional information and support are available through the BestOdds Responsible Gaming page.

FanDuel Customer Support for Banking Issues

FanDuel maintains a support center covering account funding, withdrawals, verification, promotions and other account issues.

If a transaction remains pending, a payment method disappears from the cashier or FanDuel requests additional documentation, use the support options displayed in the account rather than repeatedly submitting the same transaction.
