GoldSlips currently advertises up to $20 in free play when creating an account. Current 2026 specialist testing describes the signup package as 10,000 Fun Coins plus up to 10 Gold Slips, although at least one recent hands-on test found that the advertised signup coins were not automatically credited.
The previous BestOdds claim of 100,000 Gold Coins plus 5 Sweepstakes Coins is no longer current. GoldSlips uses Fun Coins for entertainment-only play and Gold Slips as its sweepstakes currency. GoldSlips’ own current homepage says users can request cash redemption after reaching 50 or more Gold Slips.
BestOdds does not currently have an exclusive GoldSlips promotion. Users comparing other U.S. sweepstakes casinos can review Stake.us and the wider BestOdds social casino rankings. GoldSlips and Stake.us use different currencies, games and promotional structures.
GoldSlips currently provides a no-purchase signup promotion, but the offer is substantially different from the one previously described by BestOdds.
The live GoldSlips homepage currently advertises up to $20 in free play when creating an account. It also states that no purchase is necessary to participate.
Current independent reviews and hands-on testing describe the underlying signup package as 10,000 Fun Coins plus up to 10 Gold Slips.
The currencies have separate purposes. Fun Coins are entertainment-only virtual currency. Gold Slips are the sweepstakes currency associated with prize-bearing play.
The old BestOdds description of 100,000 Gold Coins plus 5 Sweepstakes Coins should therefore be retired. The amounts have changed and the current platform does not use Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins as its branded currency names.
There is also an important practical qualification. A June 2026 independent hands-on test successfully created a new GoldSlips account but reported that the advertised 10,000 Fun Coins and 10 Gold Slips were not automatically credited. The GoldSlips help information referenced by that tester states that users should contact support if the signup bonus does not appear.
The advertised signup package should therefore not be described as guaranteed to appear instantly in every new account.
| Current official signup headline | Up to $20 in free play |
| Current reported signup package | 10,000 Fun Coins + up to 10 Gold Slips |
| Purchase required | No |
| Signup bonus automatically credited | Not consistently; at least one June 2026 hands-on test reported receiving no signup coins |
| Entertainment currency | Fun Coins |
| Sweepstakes currency | Gold Slips |
| Fun Coins redeemable | No |
| Gold Slips redemption value | Current sources consistently report 1 Gold Slip = $1 for eligible redemption |
| Reported playthrough | 1x |
| Operator-stated minimum redemption | 50 Gold Slips according to the current GoldSlips homepage |
| Conflicting third-party minimum | Some 2026 sources report 100 Gold Slips; the live account should take precedence |
| Current reported first-purchase code | HELLO on selected packages |
| Registration gift code | VERIFIED is reported by some sources but is not displayed on the current public homepage and should not be treated as a guaranteed requirement |
| Minimum age | 21+ |
| Operator | Rubystone Ventures LLC |
| GoldSlips trademark | Ruby Play Network Limited |
| Operating since | 2023 |
| Current game count | Very small library; recent reviews range from roughly 14 to 25 titles |
| New registrations | Recent June 2026 testing confirms that new accounts can currently be created |
The most authoritative current headline comes directly from GoldSlips.
The operator’s live homepage currently states that users can receive up to $20 in free play when creating a GoldSlips account.
The homepage does not break that amount down into Fun Coins and Gold Slips. Current independent testing and specialist reviews generally describe the registration package as 10,000 Fun Coins and up to 10 Gold Slips.
Some sources describe the full 10 Gold Slips as becoming available after additional account verification. This is consistent with the “up to” wording and with GoldSlips’ KYC requirements.
However, the signup credit is not entirely reliable based on recent testing. One independent reviewer who created a new account in June 2026 reported receiving neither the advertised Fun Coins nor Gold Slips automatically.
The same test cited GoldSlips’ help information stating that the signup bonus should be applied after email verification and that support should be contacted if it is missing.
That is material information for anyone researching the GoldSlips no deposit bonus. The advertised package exists in current GoldSlips help material and specialist coverage, but automatic delivery should not be assumed.
No code can currently be established as universally required for the standard GoldSlips signup promotion.
Several specialist and affiliate sources report VERIFIED as a registration or verified-account gift code. Earlier support-related material also associates the code with GoldSlips account gifts.
However, VERIFIED is not currently displayed on the main public GoldSlips homepage, and recent hands-on testing describes the signup bonus as something that should be applied automatically after account and email verification rather than requiring a code.
For that reason, BestOdds does not present VERIFIED as a mandatory current GoldSlips no deposit bonus code.
If the signup balance does not appear, the most appropriate next step is to check the current promotional area and GoldSlips help information or contact support rather than assume that entering an old code will resolve the issue.
Current GoldSlips information and independent testing indicate the following process:
The old BestOdds process instructing users to claim 5 SC and 100,000 GC should not be retained because neither the amount nor the currency terminology remains current.
Yes, recent testing indicates that GoldSlips has reopened registration to eligible new users.
Some older reviews reported that GoldSlips was temporarily not accepting new registrations. That created uncertainty around whether the signup promotion was still usable.
A June 2026 independent review states that the tester was previously unable to register but subsequently created a new account successfully once GoldSlips reopened to new users.
The older “not accepting new registrations” information should therefore not be treated as the current general status.
Geographic restrictions still apply, so an individual user can remain unable to register even while the platform generally accepts new accounts.
The 5 Sweepstakes Coins plus 100,000 Gold Coins offer previously described by BestOdds is obsolete.
There are two material problems with retaining it.
First, the amounts have changed. GoldSlips currently advertises up to $20 in free play, while current specialist coverage describes the signup package as 10,000 Fun Coins plus up to 10 Gold Slips.
Second, the currency names have changed. GoldSlips uses Fun Coins and Gold Slips, not Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins as its primary branded terminology.
The old offer should therefore be treated as historical rather than simply carrying the old figures into a 2026 page.
The GoldSlips signup package contains two types of virtual currency with different functions.
Fun Coins are entertainment-only virtual currency.
They can be used for eligible GoldSlips games but do not have a cash-redemption value.
For this reason, 10,000 Fun Coins should not be described as $10,000, $100 or any other equivalent cash amount.
Additional Fun Coin packages can be purchased, but purchases are not required to participate in the sweepstakes model.
Gold Slips are the promotional sweepstakes currency.
Eligible Gold Slips can be used in sweepstakes-mode gameplay. Current specialist sources consistently report an eligible redemption value of 1 Gold Slip = $1.
That value does not mean every Gold Slip credited to an account can immediately be removed as cash. Applicable playthrough and KYC requirements must first be satisfied.
Current GoldSlips specialist coverage consistently reports that one eligible Gold Slip corresponds to $1 in prize-redemption value.
The signup promotion can therefore provide up to approximately $10 in sweepstakes currency when the full 10 Gold Slips are credited, alongside the separate Fun Coin balance.
The distinction between currency value and immediate redeemability remains important. Gold Slips generally need to be used once in qualifying gameplay before an eligible resulting balance can be submitted for redemption.
Current specialist reviews consistently report a 1x playthrough requirement for Gold Slips.
A 1x requirement means that promotional Gold Slips must be used once in qualifying sweepstakes gameplay before an eligible resulting balance can become redeemable.
This is similar in principle to the old BestOdds statement that the previous 5 SC promotion required one playthrough, but it should now be described using the current Gold Slips currency and current promotion structure.
Any promotion-specific rules displayed with a particular Gold Slips award should take precedence over the general 1x description.
The current GoldSlips homepage states that users can redeem after reaching 50 or more Gold Slips.
At the commonly reported 1 Gold Slip = $1 redemption value, that corresponds to an operator-advertised minimum of approximately $50.
Several current independent sources also report a 50 Gold Slip minimum, including recent hands-on payment testing.
However, not every current source agrees. At least one 2026 specialist guide reports a $100 minimum redemption.
Because the live GoldSlips homepage currently states 50 or more Gold Slips, BestOdds treats 50 GS as the stronger current public figure. If the redemption interface presented to an account requires 100 GS or another amount, the live account requirement should take precedence.
The signup package alone does not reach either threshold. Even if the full 10 Gold Slips are credited, additional eligible Gold Slips would still be required before a cash-redemption request could be submitted.
Current third-party information is not sufficiently consistent to establish one definitive GoldSlips maximum redemption.
Some current specialist guides report a maximum of $10,000, while other reviews state that no clear maximum could be verified in the available terms.
The Illinois Gaming Board letter also does not establish GoldSlips’ normal account redemption maximum; it concerns whether cash-prize activity was authorized in Illinois.
BestOdds therefore does not present $10,000 as a universally confirmed operator limit. The amount displayed by GoldSlips when a redemption is requested should take precedence.
Yes. Identity verification can be required for Gold Slips promotions and prize redemption.
Current GoldSlips documentation and specialist testing describe a KYC process that can include:
Current specialist sources identify Sumsub as the verification service used in the GoldSlips process.
Basic Fun Coin access can occur before full KYC is completed, but additional verification can be necessary before the complete Gold Slips promotion or a qualifying redemption is processed.
The code VERIFIED appears in some current GoldSlips bonus coverage as a gift or registration code associated with verified accounts.
There are reasons not to present it as a guaranteed permanent signup code.
VERIFIED can therefore be mentioned as a reported GoldSlips gift code, but users should confirm that it appears as an eligible promotion before relying on it.
The better-supported current GoldSlips promotional code is HELLO, which is associated with selected first-purchase packages rather than the no-deposit registration offer.
Current specialist testing reports a 100% additional-coin offer when HELLO is used with selected $9.99 and $19.99 first-purchase packages.
This promotion requires a purchase and should therefore not be confused with the no-purchase signup package.
Package amounts and code eligibility can change. The live purchase screen should be checked before completing a transaction.
| Code | Current Reported Purpose | Purchase Required | Evidence Strength |
|---|---|---|---|
| VERIFIED | Reported registration or verified-account gift | No purchase generally reported | Limited; not displayed on current public homepage |
| HELLO | Selected first-purchase packages | Yes | Better supported by current hands-on specialist testing |
Neither code should be assumed to remain active indefinitely. Account eligibility and the current promotional interface determine whether a code can be applied.
Current evidence concerning the GoldSlips daily reward is inconsistent.
A June 2026 hands-on review reports that a Daily Wheel was available and that the reviewer used it after the signup promotion failed to appear. That test resulted in a balance of 20,000 Fun Coins and 0.5 Gold Slips.
Other reviews and historical GoldSlips communications have reported that a previous daily-spin promotion had been removed or was not permanently available.
This suggests that the feature can change or may not be identical for every account.
BestOdds therefore does not present a fixed Daily Wheel amount as a guaranteed permanent promotion. If the Daily Wheel is visible in the current account, the terms displayed there should be treated as current.
Yes. GoldSlips expressly states that no purchase is necessary to participate.
The current signup promotion is one no-purchase route. Current specialist sources also report a mail-in alternative method of entry under the GoldSlips sweepstakes rules.
A compliant mail-in request is currently reported as providing 1 Gold Slip.
The exact mailing address, required wording and formatting should be taken from the current GoldSlips Rules of Play rather than copied from an old review. Alternative-method-of-entry instructions can change and improperly prepared requests can be rejected.
GoldSlips is a U.S.-focused sweepstakes social casino that launched around 2023.
The platform uses two currencies:
This structure differs from a conventional state-licensed real-money online casino account.
GoldSlips states that users must be at least 21 years old, no purchase is necessary, and participation is void where prohibited by law.
The strongest current corporate evidence identifies Rubystone Ventures LLC as the operator of GoldSlips.
Rubystone’s own affiliate terms state that Rubystone Ventures LLC operates both GoldSlips and Ruby Sweeps.
The GoldSlips homepage separately states that the GoldSlips name and logo are trademarks of Ruby Play Network Limited.
Those disclosures concern different corporate roles and do not necessarily conflict: Rubystone Ventures LLC is identified as the operating company, while Ruby Play Network Limited is identified in connection with the intellectual property.
Some third-party databases currently identify a different parent-company name, including TekVestors LLC. Because GoldSlips’ own corporate ecosystem provides direct evidence for Rubystone Ventures LLC, BestOdds gives the operator’s first-party corporate documentation greater weight.
Current GoldSlips and regulatory material ties the platform to the United States.
The Illinois Gaming Board’s February 2026 letter was sent to GoldSlips at 440 N Barranca Ave #7793, Covina, California.
Several current specialist sources also identify Rubystone Ventures LLC as a California-based GoldSlips operating entity.
The location of the operating company should not be confused with state gaming authorization. A U.S. corporate address does not make GoldSlips a licensed real-money casino in California or another state.
GoldSlips operates as a promotional sweepstakes social casino rather than as a conventional state-licensed real-money online casino.
The site uses Fun Coins and Gold Slips, states that no purchase is necessary and permits free methods of sweepstakes participation.
This should not be interpreted as the equivalent of holding a state online-casino license.
The distinction became particularly important in Illinois in 2026.
On February 4, 2026, the Illinois Gaming Board issued GoldSlips a formal cease-and-desist letter.
The regulator stated that it had observed GoldSlips offering Illinois users online slot games through which cash could be obtained.
The IGB said it had neither licensed nor authorized GoldSlips to engage in the online gambling activity it observed in Illinois and demanded that GoldSlips block Illinois residents or discontinue offering cash through the service there.
The action is material but should be placed in its proper context.
GoldSlips was not uniquely singled out. The Illinois Gaming Board, working with the Illinois Attorney General’s office, announced that it had issued more than 60 cease-and-desist letters to entities it believed were operating illegal online casino or sweepstakes gaming platforms in the state.
The recipients included numerous major sweepstakes and social casino brands.
The GoldSlips letter therefore formed part of a broad Illinois enforcement action against the sector. That context does not negate the letter: Illinois specifically stated that GoldSlips was not licensed or authorized for the activity observed there. It does mean the action should not be presented as though GoldSlips alone was selected for enforcement.
The Illinois determination is also jurisdiction-specific and does not establish GoldSlips’ legal status in every other state.
GoldSlips requires users to be at least 21 and states that participation is void where prohibited by law.
Current third-party state-availability lists remain inconsistent.
Some specialist reviews list approximately 16 or 17 excluded jurisdictions, while other databases show materially different availability. Illinois also took direct enforcement action against GoldSlips in February 2026.
Because there is no sufficiently reliable current operator-published state table that reconciles those differences, BestOdds does not publish a definitive GoldSlips state list.
Users should confirm eligibility during registration and separately determine whether sweepstakes participation is permitted under the applicable rules in their location.
Website accessibility, the ability to create an account and legal authorization are separate issues.
The live GoldSlips homepage requires users to be at least 21 years old.
This is a higher minimum than some competing sweepstakes casinos that allow participation from age 18.
Age can be checked through the KYC process before access to certain promotional features or prize redemption.
The game library is one of GoldSlips’ clearest limitations.
Recent independent reviews report different totals because the lobby has changed, but all agree that the library is unusually small.
Current 2026 counts range from approximately 14 to 25 games. One June hands-on review counted 16 slot titles, while other current tests report around 20 to 25 games overall.
Another current specialist review describes only 14 proprietary instant-win titles and no conventional video slots or table games in the version it tested.
The variation itself is useful information: GoldSlips’ lobby is small and appears to change, so a fixed game total should not be treated as permanent.
The old BestOdds statement that Stake.us provides every GoldSlips game should also be removed. The two platforms use different game catalogs.
GoldSlips differs from larger sweepstakes casinos that aggregate games from dozens of recognized external studios.
Current specialist sources generally describe the catalog as proprietary or produced within the Ruby/Rubystone ecosystem.
Some current coverage identifies the provider simply as Ruby, while other reviewers describe the games as in-house content without a clearly disclosed external supplier.
This provides GoldSlips with some platform-specific games but also limits provider transparency and catalog variety.
BestOdds could not verify a current publicly displayed independent Random Number Generator certificate covering the GoldSlips catalog.
Several current specialist reviews identify the same issue, noting that GoldSlips does not prominently disclose an independent testing organization or detailed game certification information.
This does not establish that GoldSlips games operate improperly. It means users have less independently verifiable game-testing information than is available at platforms that publish laboratory certificates or use well-known externally certified studios.
No substantial live-dealer casino is identified in current GoldSlips testing.
Recent reviews instead describe a very small proprietary selection consisting of slots, instant-win games, bingo-style products and selected card or table-style games, depending on the version of the lobby tested.
Users specifically looking for streamed blackjack, roulette or baccarat have much broader options elsewhere in the sweepstakes market.
A dedicated GoldSlips application is not required for standard play.
The platform is available through a responsive web interface on compatible smartphones, tablets and desktop browsers.
Current reviews do not identify an official Apple App Store or Google Play application as a major GoldSlips product.
Unofficial GoldSlips installation files should not be downloaded unless they are explicitly linked by the operator.
GoldSlips sells optional Fun Coin packages.
Recent independent payment testing reports purchase methods including:
Payment options can vary according to account, payment processor and location. The methods currently displayed in the GoldSlips cashier should therefore take precedence.
Purchasing Fun Coins is optional. GoldSlips states that no purchase is necessary to participate in its sweepstakes model.
Eligible Gold Slips can be submitted for prize redemption after the applicable playthrough and verification requirements have been completed.
The live GoldSlips homepage currently states that users can redeem when they have 50 or more Gold Slips.
Recent independent payment testing reports Online Banking or ACH as a primary redemption method. Some other sources document additional methods such as Cash App, but payment support can change by account.
The redemption options shown inside the current GoldSlips account should therefore be treated as authoritative for that account.
Redemption time depends on KYC status, account review and payment method.
One recent specialist payment test reports an Online Banking redemption arriving in approximately 72 hours after KYC verification.
Other reported payment methods can process on different schedules.
Observed test times should not be treated as guaranteed processing deadlines. Weekends, verification issues, payment processors and additional account review can affect the final delivery time.
The current GoldSlips homepage publishes support@goldslips.com and directs users toward online support and help information.
Support is particularly relevant to the signup promotion because GoldSlips’ help material reportedly instructs users to make contact if the advertised signup balance is not automatically credited.
Recent reviews disagree on the consistency of live-chat availability. Some identify online chat, while one June 2026 hands-on review primarily encountered email-based support.
The current support interface should therefore be checked rather than assuming continuous access to a live human agent.
GoldSlips publishes responsible-play information and provides methods to restrict or close an account.
Current independent assessments generally describe its built-in controls as relatively basic compared with larger sweepstakes casinos.
Self-exclusion and account closure are documented, while specialist reviewers report fewer configurable features such as detailed purchase limits, session reminders and temporary cooling-off controls.
Users who need to restrict access should use the current responsible-play process or contact GoldSlips support.
Independent GoldSlips assessments are mixed, with several recurring strengths and weaknesses.
Positive factors include an identifiable U.S. operator, a no-purchase sweepstakes structure, KYC procedures and successful cash-redemption tests reported by independent reviewers.
The principal concerns are the unusually small game library, limited provider and testing transparency, inconsistent signup-bonus delivery and a comparatively basic platform interface.
The regulatory picture also changed materially in 2026. GoldSlips received an Illinois Gaming Board cease-and-desist letter as part of a broader campaign in which the regulator and Illinois Attorney General’s office issued more than 60 letters to online casino and sweepstakes operators.
This broader enforcement context is important: GoldSlips was not uniquely targeted. At the same time, the GoldSlips-specific letter expressly states that the IGB had neither licensed nor authorized the activity it observed.
An identifiable business and documented sweepstakes structure should therefore not be confused with state online-casino licensing.
GoldSlips and Stake.us both operate sweepstakes-style casino products, but the similarities should not be overstated.
| Feature | GoldSlips | Stake.us |
|---|---|---|
| Platform type | U.S.-focused sweepstakes social casino | U.S. sweepstakes social casino |
| Entertainment currency | Fun Coins | Gold Coins |
| Sweepstakes currency | Gold Slips | Stake Cash |
| Current GoldSlips signup headline | Up to $20 in free play | See current BestOdds Stake.us review |
| Reported GoldSlips package | 10,000 Fun Coins + up to 10 Gold Slips | Different promotional structure |
| Signup reliability | Recent tester reported missing signup coins | See current Stake.us review for tested offer |
| Game library | Very small; current tests range roughly 14-25 titles | Substantially larger |
| Proprietary content | Yes, largely within the Ruby/Rubystone ecosystem | Yes, Stake Originals plus external suppliers |
| Live dealer | Not a major documented category | Available |
| Minimum age | 21+ | 21+ |
| Same games | No | No |
The previous BestOdds statement that Stake.us provides all of the games available at GoldSlips should be removed.
GoldSlips uses a very small largely proprietary catalog, while Stake.us offers a much larger selection of third-party content and Stake Originals.
The complete Stake.us platform is covered in the BestOdds Stake.us review. The Stake.us slots guide provides additional information on its game library.
| Previous BestOdds Claim | Current Finding |
|---|---|
| 5 Sweepstakes Coins + 100,000 Gold Coins | Obsolete; current operator advertises up to $20 in free play, while current testing reports 10,000 Fun Coins + up to 10 Gold Slips |
| Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins | Current branded currencies are Fun Coins and Gold Slips |
| 5 SC automatically added | Not reliably supported; one June 2026 tester received no signup bonus |
| Email verification automatically completes bonus | GoldSlips help material says it should, but users can be told to contact support if it does not |
| No signup-code discussion | VERIFIED is reported by some sources but is not clearly published by GoldSlips as a permanent signup requirement |
| 1x playthrough | Still broadly supported for current Gold Slips |
| No stated redemption threshold | Live GoldSlips homepage currently says 50 or more GS; one third-party source reports $100 |
| Generic U.S. availability | State lists conflict and Illinois issued GoldSlips a cease-and-desist in February 2026 |
| Broad slots and table catalog | Current game library is extremely small and varies across recent tests |
| Stake.us provides all GoldSlips games | Unsupported and removed |
| “Risk-free” participation | Removed; no purchase being necessary does not eliminate promotional, legal or financial considerations |
Yes. GoldSlips currently advertises up to $20 in free play when creating an account and states that no purchase is necessary. Current specialist testing generally describes the signup package as 10,000 Fun Coins plus up to 10 Gold Slips.
Current reviews generally report 10,000 Fun Coins plus up to 10 Gold Slips. At least one recent hands-on test did not receive the signup balance automatically, so the offer should not be described as guaranteed to appear instantly in every account.
A June 2026 independent tester reported that no signup coins appeared after registration. The GoldSlips help information referenced in that test states that the signup bonus should be applied after email verification and tells users to contact support if it is missing.
Recent June 2026 testing confirms that new accounts can currently be created. Older reports that GoldSlips was temporarily closed to new registrations are therefore outdated as a general statement, although location restrictions can still prevent individual users from joining.
No code can currently be established as universally required for the standard signup promotion. VERIFIED is reported by some specialist sources as a GoldSlips registration or verified-account gift code, but it is not currently displayed on the public GoldSlips homepage. Recent testing instead describes the signup promotion as something that should be credited after registration and email verification.
No current evidence supports retaining that offer. GoldSlips now uses Fun Coins and Gold Slips, and current sources generally describe the signup package as 10,000 Fun Coins plus up to 10 Gold Slips.
Fun Coins are entertainment-only GoldSlips currency. They can be used for eligible games but do not have a cash-redemption value.
Gold Slips are the promotional sweepstakes currency used for prize-bearing gameplay. Eligible resulting balances can be submitted for redemption after the applicable playthrough and verification conditions have been satisfied.
Current specialist sources consistently report a prize-redemption value of 1 eligible Gold Slip = $1.
Current specialist sources generally report a 1x playthrough requirement for Gold Slips. Promotional Gold Slips therefore need to be used once in qualifying play before eligible resulting balances can be redeemed.
The current GoldSlips homepage states that users can request cash redemption after reaching 50 or more Gold Slips. Several current independent reviews also report a $50 minimum. At least one 2026 specialist source reports a $100 minimum, so the live redemption screen should be checked if it differs from the public homepage.
HELLO is currently reported as a code for selected first-purchase packages, including $9.99 and $19.99 packages. It is separate from the no-purchase signup promotion.
Some specialist sources associate VERIFIED with a registration or verified-account gift. The code is not currently displayed prominently on the public GoldSlips homepage, and recent signup testing describes the standard bonus as something that should be applied automatically after verification. Its current eligibility should therefore be confirmed before relying on it.
A June 2026 hands-on test found a Daily Wheel available and received Fun Coins plus 0.5 Gold Slips from it. Other current and historical sources have reported changes to the daily-reward system, so BestOdds does not present one fixed Daily Wheel amount as a permanent guaranteed benefit.
Yes. GoldSlips states that no purchase is necessary. Current specialist sources report no-purchase Gold Slips through the signup promotion and an alternative mail-in method of entry, subject to the current rules.
Yes. KYC can be required for access to promotional Gold Slips and prize redemption. Current sources identify Sumsub in connection with the GoldSlips identity-verification process.
Rubystone’s first-party affiliate terms identify Rubystone Ventures LLC as the operator of GoldSlips. The GoldSlips homepage separately identifies Ruby Play Network Limited in connection with the GoldSlips name and logo trademarks.
GoldSlips operates as a promotional sweepstakes social casino rather than a conventional state-licensed real-money online casino. It uses Fun Coins and Gold Slips and states that no purchase is necessary.
Yes. The Illinois Gaming Board issued GoldSlips a cease-and-desist letter on February 4, 2026. The IGB stated that it had neither licensed nor authorized GoldSlips for the online gambling activity it observed in Illinois and demanded that Illinois residents be blocked or cash offerings there be discontinued.
No. GoldSlips was part of a much broader enforcement action. The Illinois Gaming Board and Illinois Attorney General’s office announced more than 60 cease-and-desist letters to entities they believed were operating illegal online casino or sweepstakes platforms in Illinois. GoldSlips was one of those recipients.
GoldSlips requires users to be at least 21 and states that participation is void where prohibited. Current independent state lists conflict, and Illinois took specific enforcement action in 2026, so BestOdds does not present a static exclusion list as definitive. Current eligibility should be checked during registration.
The library is unusually small. Current 2026 reviews report totals ranging from approximately 14 to 25 games depending on when and how the lobby was tested.
Current specialist sources generally describe the games as proprietary or associated with the Ruby/Rubystone ecosystem. GoldSlips does not currently publish the same broad third-party provider information available at many larger sweepstakes casinos.
BestOdds could not verify a publicly displayed current independent Random Number Generator certificate covering the entire GoldSlips catalog. This does not establish that the games operate improperly, but it limits the amount of independently verifiable game information available to users.
No substantial live-dealer catalog is identified in current testing. GoldSlips primarily provides a small proprietary game library.
A dedicated application is not required. GoldSlips works through compatible mobile and desktop web browsers.
Recent specialist payment testing reports Visa, Mastercard, Cash App, Chime Card and Online Banking among the purchase methods. The exact options available can depend on the account.
Timing depends on KYC, account review and payment method. One recent independent Online Banking test reported receiving a GoldSlips redemption in approximately 72 hours after verification.
Current sources do not agree. Some report a $10,000 maximum while others do not identify a clearly documented ceiling. BestOdds therefore does not state one operator-confirmed universal maximum. The current redemption interface and applicable rules should be checked.
No. GoldSlips uses a very small largely proprietary catalog, while Stake.us offers a substantially larger combination of third-party games and Stake Originals. The game libraries are not identical.
The current GoldSlips no-deposit offer is materially different from the one previously described by BestOdds.
The live GoldSlips homepage currently advertises up to $20 in free play when creating an account. Current specialist testing generally describes the signup package as 10,000 Fun Coins plus up to 10 Gold Slips.
The old 5 SC + 100,000 GC claim should therefore be retired. Both the amount and the branded currency terminology have changed.
The signup offer also needs a practical qualification. A June 2026 hands-on test successfully opened a new GoldSlips account but received none of the advertised signup coins automatically. The GoldSlips help information cited by that reviewer states that support should be contacted when the signup promotion is not applied.
The current operator homepage states that users can redeem when they have 50 or more Gold Slips, and several current specialist sources support a $50 redemption minimum. At least one 2026 guide instead reports $100, so the requirement displayed in the live account should take precedence if it differs.
Current specialist sources also report HELLO as a first-purchase promotional code. VERIFIED appears in some registration-gift coverage, but because it is not displayed on the public GoldSlips homepage and recent testing describes the signup promotion as automatic, it should not be presented as a mandatory or guaranteed current no-deposit code.
The broader GoldSlips platform remains relatively small. Its distinguishing features include a no-purchase sweepstakes structure, an identifiable U.S. operator, a reported 1x Gold Slips playthrough requirement and a relatively low operator-stated redemption threshold. Its principal limitations include the small game library, limited information about independent game testing, inconsistent signup-bonus delivery and relatively basic account features.
The regulatory position also deserves context. The Illinois Gaming Board issued GoldSlips a cease-and-desist letter in February 2026, stating that GoldSlips was neither licensed nor authorized for the activity the regulator observed in Illinois. GoldSlips was not uniquely targeted: the IGB and Illinois Attorney General’s office issued more than 60 similar letters as part of a broad enforcement action against online casino and sweepstakes operators.
Users specifically looking for a larger U.S. sweepstakes casino can compare current platforms through the BestOdds social casino rankings. The Stake.us review covers one alternative in detail, while the Stake.us slots guide examines its substantially larger game catalog.
